Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Scale Technician to join our Phoenix-based team. In this role, you’ll service and calibrate industrial weighing equipment including truck scales, hopper scales, load cells, indicators, and more. This is a hands-on role requiring mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Diagnose, repair, install, and calibrate various types of industrial scale equipment
· Perform scheduled and unscheduled service both on-site and in-house
· Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold safety protocols
· Establish positive customer relationships through dependable and professional service
· Occasionally travel throughout Arizona; some weekend work with overtime may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience in the scale industry or industrial electronics/mechanics preferred
· CDL Class B license highly preferred (or willingness to obtain within first year)
· Ability to drive a manual transmission
· Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in industrial settings
· Strong communication and basic computer skills

Compensation & Incentives:
In addition to competitive base pay, this position includes a monthly bonus program tied to service performance targets.
Additional incentives are available for equipment and parts sold directly from the service vehicle during customer visits.
