HR&A Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with an active CPA license to support the firm's financial operations based in our New York City office. This role will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. The Senior Accountant will work closely with finance leadership and operations teams to maintain accurate financial records, improve financial processes, and support the firm's continued growth.
The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise, experience in professional services environments, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting firm.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 $140,000 per year, plus the opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus. Where an offer falls inside this pay range is dependent on experience. We offer competitive compensation packages, based on qualifications and experience.
