Salary: $78,000 - 88,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and at least 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator
• Demonstrated expertise with NetSuite and a solid understanding of best practices and data management
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is required
• Strong understanding of information security principles to protect sensitive data across various platforms
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities paired with a proactive approach to system oversight and issue resolution

• Oversee and enhance the NetSuite environment, including managing user setup, security settings, and ensuring data integrity
• Administer and maintain the NetSuite platforms effectively
• Create and execute custom workflows, automation processes, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to meet business requirements
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather needs and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions that align with best practices
• Conduct regular data audits, manage data migrations, and apply best practices for data hygiene to maintain data quality
• Provide proactive system upkeep, including security assessments and release updates
• Manage integration of NetSuite with other essential business systems
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders
• Identify underused platform features to enhance systems and automate processes, improving business workflows and productivity according to best practices
• Develop and present training materials and documentation for new features and processes to ensure user efficiency
• Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders effectively
• Monitor system performance, quickly troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or patches for optimal functionality
• Safeguard data by managing roles, permissions, and access controls based on information security standards
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for ongoing maintenance and compliance

We are a growing company based in the Greater Boston area, seeking a dedicated NetSuite Administrator to transform our IT infrastructure with innovative solutions. This full-time position will initially be onsite Monday through Friday, with the possibility of remote work after six months, dependent on performance evaluations.
