• Compensation: - $310,000 - $368,500- Provider incentive bonus is performance-based, not RBU or fee-for-service

You will combine clinical practice with leadership and clinical management to ensure patient care and alignment with value-based care (VBC) principles. Qualifications:- MD/DO with Florida License- BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine- 5 years of experience in outpatient practice, with clinical experience in primary care, senior health, and value-based care (VBC)- 3 years of experience leading clinicians in a leadership role with demonstrated impact on clinician talent, culture, and performance, partnership with operations, and supporting teams
