General Production Worker
Join a dynamic and fast-paced team environment dedicated to the general production and assembly of products. This role involves using small hand tools and light power tools to create sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products. You will also be responsible for the out-box packaging process and operating production equipment such as flat wash and presses. Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly are essential in this high-pressure setting.
Responsibilities
Construct sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products using hand tools and power tools.
Perform the out-box packaging process efficiently.
Operate production equipment including flat wash and presses.
Ensure the quality of products by adhering to safety and quality protocols.
Essential Skills
Ability to learn and work at a fast pace.
Experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
Capability to work long hours on feet.
Proficiency in reading and comprehending standard work instructions.
Effective communication skills in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least one year of recent experience in a fast-paced environment (within the last 18 months).
Minimum of one year experience using hand or power tools.
Work Environment & Schedule
This role is based in an industrial manufacturing facility with a strong focus on safety and quality. Steel-toe footwear is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50/hr.
