Job Description

Salary: $89,300 - 178,135 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of relevant experience.
• We require a bachelors degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• We need experience spanning multiple domains, including systems engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, and testing.
• We look for demonstrated ability to apply that background to deliver complex solutions.
• We require hands-on experience with PLM concepts such as change notices, revision lifecycles, object-type constraints, and object-linking capabilities.
• We require experience creating and delivering MBSE artifacts, including system structure, behavior, requirements, and parameters, to support the engineering product lifecycle.
• We require experience building model-based system architecture solutions, including structure, behavior, interfaces, and data flows.
• We need the ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear and workable system architectures.
• We require strong proficiency in at least one of the following tools, plus familiarity with all of them: PTC Windchill, system modeling tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody, and requirements management tools such as DOORS.
• We value prior experience defining and implementing new capabilities, tools, and processes.
• We value experience in enterprise or system-of-systems design and integration.
• We value experience with digital-thread technologies such as OSLC or eQube.
• We value experience converting requirements into conceptual processes that work within tool limits, our command media, and existing internal processes.
• We value a current Lockheed Martin Systems Architect certification at the Qualified level or higher.
• We value a background in model-based architecture frameworks such as DoDAF, MODAF, or UAF.
• We value test planning and execution experience.
• We value the ability to write plays, training guides, or instructional materials.
• We value experience with Agile development tools, techniques, and business rhythms.

• We lead the full solution lifecycle from architecture through deployment.
• We define solution architecture, requirements, processes, and solution development activities.
• We verify and evaluate requirements and support testing.
• We deploy the solution across our model-based environment.
• We help drive the definition, creation, and delivery of the 1LMX MBSE Product Lifecycle Management to System Model digital-thread capability.
• We support the digital transformation of our processes and technologies to modernize how our teams work.
• We build a digital thread between systems engineering and hardware design to reduce manual data updates and improve traceability from requirements to design.
