Overview Work Location: Albany, New York, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay Details: $23.75 - $31.00 USD TD is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities. Responsibilities professionally complete everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform and educate customers on products, services, and tools to help achieve their financial goals open new accounts and educate customers on TD banking products and services deliver end-to-end advice by building trust with educational content, providing consultative support, and offering proactive insights and recommendations engage with customers using TD systems to acquire and deepen relationships, identify opportunities, and refer to the appropriate team member as needed identify customer financial needs and promote or educate on products/services, referring to internal partners when appropriate while ensuring a positive customer experience manage lead generation and outreach activities, including self-generated leads, partner referrals, and campaign leads, to set appointments and prioritize leads perform additional banking services such as opening/closing personal deposit accounts, debit/credit card issues, regulation E, and digital banking support Education & Experience High school diploma or GED 1 year of experience working with customers (demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience, etc. preferred) demonstrated customer service skills; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled teller experience preferred; required to complete teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire strong organizational skills, clear and concise communication, and problem-solving abilities proficiency in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred Accountabilities provide legendary customer service while promoting and educating about TD products establish and nurture customer relationships with product knowledge and attentive listening manage wait times and coordinate with bankers for meetings or appointments as needed support the bank's customer service strategy and drive referrals to store colleagues and partners maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; participate in required training Employee/Team Accountabilities contribute to a positive work environment and align with TD model, Brand, and culture participate in performance development, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration act as a brand champion and seek opportunities to improve delivery of work with quality standards Physical Requirements sedentary work with occasional standing, walking, and lifting as needed Equal Opportunity & Additional Information TD Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
