Job Summary: The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment using RF scanning equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining accuracy. Job Duties / Responsibilities: Pick and pull orders accurately using RF scanners Stage and prepare orders for shipment Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy Organize picked items and prepare them for packing or loading Assist with restocking and inventory as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Job Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand and move for the entire shift Previous warehouse picking experience preferred Experience using RF scan guns is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy
