Summer (Seasonal) Part Time Night Order Selectors - Hourly Rate is $20.00 + $2 Shift Differential & Performance Incentives

Schedule: Wednesday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (up to 30 hours/week) May - September

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

• Accurately build mixed pallets using headset-guided picking systems
• Operate ride-on pallet jacks to select and move products
• Pick beer, kegs, and other beverage products efficiently and safely
• Handle heavy items (up to 170 lbs.) with care

Warehouse Operations:

• Load and unload trucks following proper equipment and safety procedures
• Assist with inventory counts, repacking, and stock rotation
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks thoroughly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Fluent in English
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.

- Familiarity with ride-on pallet jacks or forklifts.

- Strong basic math and counting skills.

- Consistent, punctual, and motivated work habits.

- Comfortable working in cold environments and lifting heavy products.

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Steel-toe boots required on Day One.
