Hours: 4:30am 2:30pm, 12:00pm 10:00pm or 9:00pm 7:00am (Monday Friday, Mandatory Overtime on Saturday as Needed)
Qps Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Picker / Packer at a company in Carrollton, TX. This is a potential for hire position. Apply now! As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for day-to-day staging, picking, and packing of material for shipment using proper equipment. This role supports warehouse and fulfillment operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Pick and stage material for fulfillment orders
- Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders
- Package materials according to customer requirements
- Operate sit-down or side-loader forklift to move material
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork and confirm work orders in Sap
- Maintain productivity and quality standards for finished goods
- At least one year of similar warehouse, picking, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to pass a skills-based assessment (reading, math, inspection and measurement, attention to detail, problem-solving)
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort using a computer
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to pass a physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility
