We are seeking a visionary Senior UX Designer to join our team and help define the future of human-AI collaboration through our agentic studio platform. This role requires a unique blend of traditional UX expertise and forward-thinking design approaches to create intuitive, powerful interfaces for AI agents and the humans who work with them.

About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer for our agentic studio, you’ll be at the forefront of designing revolutionary experiences where AI agents can autonomously create, iterate, and collaborate on complex projects. You’ll help shape how users interact with intelligent systems that can understand context, make decisions, and produce sophisticated outputs across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Design Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive design and research strategies for complex agentic workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas
• Drive the adoption of inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines, particularly considering the unique needs of users working with AI agents
• Analyze market trends in AI tooling, gather insights from user research, and leverage data analytics to inform design decisions for next-generation human-AI interfaces

End-to-End Design Execution

• Diagram complex service flows and agentic workflows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints as you lead end-to-end design initiatives within the agentic studio domain
• Design interaction models, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that promote intuitive collaboration between humans and AI agents while optimizing how users interact with autonomous systems
• Create innovative design patterns for agent configuration, task delegation, output review, and iterative refinement processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into the product development process, ensuring seamless and user-centric solutions for agentic workflows
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers, researchers, and content strategists to develop designs from concept to execution, ensuring a detailed and technically-informed approach to the design process
• Partner with other designers on the larger product vision while maintaining deep expertise in agentic interaction paradigms

Design Communication & Advocacy

• Present design solutions to partners and senior executives, articulate the rationale behind agentic UX decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle
• Defend design decisions with data-driven insights and user research, particularly when proposing novel interaction patterns for AI agent collaboration
• Evangelize best practices for designing human-AI collaborative experiences across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in conversational UI, voice interfaces, or other emerging interaction modalities
• Experience with design systems and component libraries for complex, technical products
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations, particularly in creative and analytical domains
• Experience designing for workflow optimization and productivity enhancement
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms or creative software suites
