Product Owner: They will need SQL Skill/AWS Cloud skill along with Health care experience.
Own the Inception POD Requirements Elicitation process and translate Business Requirements to Technical Source to Target mappings, Designs and document Business Outcomes & Values. He / She works closely with Customer Product Manager, Customer Business Partners and POD team Scrum Master and Technical team
• Work with Product manager to prioritize the business requirements and documents Source to Target mappings.
• Review the design, data models and data modeling analyst deliverables and align the requirements functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead and participate in process to develop requirements; evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, differentiate between actual and required user needs, distinguish user requests from the underlying business problems, and enforce requirements traceability documentation
• Identify duplicate, adjacent or conflicting requirement requests across portfolio projects; determine opportunities for synergies and efficiencies in the elicitation of requirements, communicate requirement conflicts and assist in driving to resolution
• Partner with business process engineering, design, development, QA, production support, project management, and other teams to ensure precise and complete analysis, and business requirements' documentation including rules, Visio diagrams and wireframes when necessary
• Proactively connect, collaborate and maintain communication with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, and deliver project artifacts as needed
• Understand the interaction and relationship of business operations, business processes, and supported system applications
• Provide leadership, mentorship and coaching to Inception POD team members including conducting requirement review and Business problem / solutions
• Superior knowledge and use of current principles, practices and techniques of business analysis and project management methodologies in Agile and Waterfall development environments.
• Work with Data Modelers, Data Modeling Analyst team to deliver the Source to target mapping at agreed timelines.
• Participate in User Acceptance testing and provide UAT signoff / Approval for the execution teams
• Work with Business team for Production External UAT and see Production signoff
