Picker/Packer

As we are expanding in the Raleigh, NC market, we are looking for Picker/Packer candidates to build a talent pool for anticipated openings in Early 2026 at a manufacturing and distribution facility in Garner, NC. This first shift, temp-to-hire role offers competitive pay of $15.50-$16.50/hour based on experience.

We'll keep you updated on the timeline and confirm start dates as they're finalized. Early applicants will receive first priority when positions open.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse locations using pick lists and RF scanners
• Pack products securely following packing specifications and quality standards
• Verify order accuracy before shipping - check item numbers, quantities, and condition
• Label packages with correct shipping information and documentation
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in picking and packing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Forklift certification a plus but not required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
