Position: Phlebotomist I-
Location: Fremont CA 94538
Shift: 7:00AM-4:00PM Monday-Fridays with rotating Saturdays.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) responsible for collecting blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection for laboratory testing.
• Process and prepare specimens according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Work independently while meeting daily productivity goals.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
• Data entry and customer service experience required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed.
