Pay Rate: $16.00 $17.00 per hour Shift: (Day Shift: 8 AM 8 PM) (Night Shift: 8 PM 8 AM) Rotating 2 2 3

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in a job that required standing/walking for a long period of time and processes or workflow.

What You'll Do:

• Arrive on time, properly dressed, and report to the assigned production line.
• Review and follow order specifications; report any deviations immediately.
• Perform continuous quality checks to ensure products meet required weight, size, and appearance standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions right away.
• Package finished products neatly, label and stack boxes correctly, and move wrapped skids to staging areas.
• Complete and initial quality control sheets to confirm product compliance and report any defects.
• Retrieve necessary materials (boxes, skids, concentrates, etc.) and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Support team members, assist when needed, and leave sufficient materials for the next shift.
• Follow all instructions from the foreman or supervisor.
