1099 Contractor Position - Outside Cleaner (Vacation Rentals)

Gulf Coast Getaways Vacation Rentals is expanding, and we're looking for reliable, detail-driven Outside Cleaners to join our team! This is not a construction or repair inspection role-instead, you will be the final set of eyes ensuring outside of each vacation rental is perfectly prepared for guest arrivals.

What You'll Do

• Blow off sand - driveways, pool area, any outside sitting area (including decks) Place all patio furniture neatly in its place
• Straighten any pool chairs and outside patio furniture
• Roll up outside hoses (there should be hose hooks at all properties)
• Throw away any rusted or broken patio furniture-(upload picture of the piece of furniture to database)
• Clean Grill and grease traps as well as under grill grate
• Check the pool for cleanliness and report any negative conditions to office
• Trash cans and Trash overflow
• Report any broken fences, hinges, latches, gates or exterior repairs in your app, so dispatch can create a work order for this for maintenance

Requirements

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to commute between Pensacola & Navarre
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Professional, courteous communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods working indoors and outdoors
• Frequent walking throughout properties
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs or ladders as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule

Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Work schedules vary based on turnover needs. Weekend work required.
