Duties Description This position resides within the Division of Operations' Bureau of Transportation Services. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: -Assist with Central Office vehicle pool at Port Vehicle Maintenance Center: dispatch vehicles to employees; fill out & review all paperwork associated with vehicle dispatches and assist with maintaining the vehicle maintenance status board; ensure adequate levels of paperwork are available to support dispatch functions; pick up or deliver vehicles to Central Office or local commercial repair facilities, as needed. -Collect and organize daily mileage sheets, review forms for accuracy and enter vehicle mileage in MMS each month. -Assist with processing of Port Vehicle Maintenance Center invoices using SFS. -Assist with telephone coverage and other various duties, as needed.

Additional Comments This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2027, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date.
