\nThe Maintenance Manager will coordinate and direct the daily duties and functions of all maintenance departments and shifts in a manufacturing and distribution environment. This position will lead and mentor supervisors to achieve department goals. This position will also collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Operations leadership to service, troubleshoot, repair, modify, specify, and establish preventative maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, facilities, and powered industrial vehicle (PIV) needs, to support the manufacturing and distribution processes.

\nWork Environment:
\nThis position is located in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material handling equipment in operation. The role may require extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The fast-paced environment involves time-sensitive and safety sensitive operations and may include various shift schedules to support production and distribution needs.
