About the RoleForce Building Services is seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to support conveyor systems, automation equipment, electrical infrastructure, and industrial facilities throughout Northern California.
This position primarily supports local businesses and facilities throughout Sacramento, Tracy, Pleasanton, and surrounding Northern California areas, with occasional out-of-state travel assignments based on project needs.
We are looking for electricians who take pride in their trade, troubleshoot independently, communicate professionally, and perform at a high level in fast-paced industrial environments.
This is not an entry-level position. We are building a strong field team focused on safety, accountability, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
What You’ll Work OnTypical schedules range from 40–60+ hours weekly depending on workload and project demands. Some projects may involve night work, weekends, or overnight travel.
