Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking associates for Light Industrial Roles - All Shifts to join their dedicated team. As a team member, you will be an essential part of the production and operations department supporting manufacturing and warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Light Industrial Roles - All Shifts

Location: Palmyra, MO

Pay Range: $15.75-$16.55

Shift: All Shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd)

What's the Job?

• We are hiring for Production Workers/ Machine Operators, Janitor and Forklift Operators.
• Machine Operators/ Production Workers will operate one or two machines to support production processes, ensure products are packed or palletized efficiently and accurately. Maintain proper machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed and cut excess plastic from parts to ensure quality standards. Assemble boxes and lift/stack filled product for shipment.
• Janitors - complete basic cleaning and janitorial duties in the manufacturing facility
• Forklift Operators

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours
• Willingness to work in a hot environment, especially during summer months
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and teamwork
