Job Title : IBM CMOD Consultant

Location: Johnston, RI 02919

Duration: 6-12 Months

Minimum years of experience required: 10+ Years

Looking for CMOD as Primary and CM8 as a Secondary Skillset.

Strong hands-on experience with CMOD & IBM CM8 on both the administration and development side Hands-on experience with Kofax, administration preferred Work on the creation of new item types in IBM content manager using system administration client Work on the deployment and configuration of Content Manager Admin plug-in into IBM Content Navigator that allows us to administer IBM Content Manager over a secure Web connection.
Develop and Configure customizations for an IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) implementation.
Good understanding of IBM ODM and rules management methodologies

Understand IBM Content Manager On Demand, Tivoli Storage Manager Design and Deployment architecture • Perform CMOD, TSM administrator tasks such as Install, Configure, Maintain, Upgrade, performance monitor, Loading.
Handle Production requests/tickets and provide a resolution/fix within the accepted SLA.
Create and configure CMOD objects Applications, Application groups and folders, • Monitor, Identify and analyze issues in the existing various maintenance processes and provide design solutions to fix the issues.
Perform code deployment on all server DEV, QA and PROD.
Involve and customer meeting to understand their requirements and propose solutions to implement in CMOD to archive their reports/data.
Coordinate with IBM to rise tickets for the issues found with CMOD and its related products.
Perform code reviews and unit testing of the developed code.
Participate in meetings with IBM and provide design consideration in splitting up CMOD, TSM and DB2 for Online Banking service.
Analyze new product IBM Filenet Records Manager used with CMOD for records retention management
