In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high‑quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in‑home settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client‑centered care. Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in‑person supervision. Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $10,000 sign on bonus.
