We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Houseman to support our housekeeping and maintenance teams in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel environment. This role is essential in ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements:
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and carpet shampooing
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas and hallways
• Assist housekeeping by stripping rooms and supporting room turnover
• Dispose of trash and maintain the organization of housekeeping areas
• No schedule restrictions, and must be available to work based on hotel needs
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist with floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure guest areas remain tidy by promptly removing trash and ground litter.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals.
