Overview A rapidly growing technology advisory and consulting firm, backed by a leading middle‑market private equity sponsor, is seeking an FP&A Associate to join its finance team. The firm has experienced exceptional growth, with EBITDA increasing more than fivefold since 2022 and expected to exceed $100 M this year. Leadership plans to scale the business 3–4× over the next three to five years. This role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership, private‑equity sponsors, and long‑term value‑creation initiatives—an excellent opportunity for a high‑potential FP&A professional to grow with a scaled platform. Role & Reporting Structure Job Title: FP&A Associate Location: Remote The FP&A Associate reports directly to the Manager of FP&A, who reports to the Senior VP of Finance. The role works closely with the accounting team and partners regularly with leadership across finance, M&A, and operations, requiring strong communication skills and comfort interacting with senior executives. Key Responsibilities Support the budgeting and forecasting process across the organization Prepare internal financial analysis and monthly reporting packages for leadership Partner closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and insights Support reporting and communication with the private‑equity sponsor Assist with long‑range planning, strategic initiatives, and exit‑related analysis Contribute to value‑creation efforts tied to the firm’s next recapitalization and eventual exit over the next 3–5 years Build scalable financial models, processes, and reporting infrastructure as the firm continues to grow Qualifications Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working cross‑functionally and interacting with senior leadership Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
