We are working with a prominent financial services organization to find a dedicated Financial Analyst to join their operations team in Salt Lake City, UT. The operations team plays a critical role in risk management and process control, ensuring seamless execution across all transactions, new products, and market activities. We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is a highly motivated professional with strong teamwork, organizational, technical, communication, and risk management skills. The ideal candidate has a keen interest in financial markets and products and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop a strong foundation in the trade lifecycle and operations of RIA-initiated investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and retirement products. Collaborate with experienced professionals in brokerage, execution, and client service to deliver exceptional support while managing risk exposure. Work closely with business and risk teams to drive growth while maintaining strong risk and control measures for investment products. Strengthen your multitasking and attention to detail skills by managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Contribute to process improvements by exploring new tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and scalability. Qualifications: Enthusiastic team player with strong organizational, technical, and communication skills, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Passion for financial markets and investment products, with a willingness to develop expertise in a fast-paced, challenging setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset.
