Diagnose and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, performing necessary repairs or replacements to ensure systems function correctly.
Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Customer Support: Provide technical support to users, offering guidance and assistance in resolving computer problems and ensuring user satisfaction.
System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to optimize computer performance, including updates, disk cleanup, and system tuning.
Data Recovery: Assist users in recovering lost or corrupted data and implement backup solutions to prevent future data loss.
Documentation: Maintain records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate documentation of processes and solutions.
