What You’ll Do Provide polished banquet‑style service, including tray passing, table service, and event flow support Bartend confidently and responsibly, following all service standards and alcohol safety guidelines Greet guests warmly and maintain an upbeat, positive presence throughout service Set up event spaces and bar stations, including prepping product and ensuring readiness for expected covers Offer full service to guests at the bar when appropriate, incorporating established Vessel service standards Communicate clearly with barbacks and support staff regarding expectations and shift needs Maintain rotation of clean, polished glassware and ensure all service items are stocked Handle cash and close guest tabs accurately Keep all service areas clean, organized, and guest‑ready at all times Follow proper product rotation, quality‑checking day‑old prep before use Complete cleaning duties during downtime and ensure restocking before clocking out Perform all closing duties thoroughly at the end of each shift Support the team with additional tasks to ensure seamless event execution What We’re Looking For Banquet service experience required Bartending experience required (1‑3 years in an upscale setting preferred) Strong knowledge of classic and current food & beverage trends Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Dependability and comfort working part time or flexible/on‑call shifts Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences Working Conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move for 8–10 hours per shift Agility to navigate fast‑paced service areas efficiently Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 50 lbs Work environment may require frequent movement between indoor and event spaces Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality group A collaborative, design‑driven work environment Employee dining perks across Method Co. properties Sick time & vacation Health, vision, and dental benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
