Job Details Full time Salary Range: $18.50–$26.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging materials, signage, equipment, and seating. Welcome and direct guests, vendors, and participants in a professional and friendly manner. Provide accurate information about event schedules, locations, and general event details. Support registration processes, check-in procedures, and guest list verification. Monitor event areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization. Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth event flow. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate equipment when needed. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
