Job Description Job Description Hire Energy is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our field operations team supporting oil and gas locations. This role is hands-on and critical to job site success, involving everything from rig-up and rig-down to operating frac equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Requirements Prior experience operating oilfield equipment preferred Strong understanding of oilfield safety standards and procedures Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Benefits Medical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, Wellness program, Life Insurance, Holiday / Overtime pay Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Perform rig-up and rig-down of frac equipment and associated iron safely and efficiently Operate various frac equipment including pumps, blenders, hydration units, and auxiliary systems Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including JSA participation and hazard identification Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues to supervisors and crew members Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and safe job execution Maintain a clean and organized work environment on location Support other field operations as needed Requirements Accept a background check to be performed Accept a drug test to be performed Work a rotating schedule - nights/weekends Requisition #cmmz819tnekb90jlcaynkl8pq
