- Power electronics, including battery holder, charging circuits, power supply/regulation, and low-power design
- Wireless module integration (e.g., u-blox / WiFi communications)
- USB and device-interface electronics
- Battery and charging concepts, including electro-mechanical trade-offs
- Schematic and PCB design
- Component selection with consideration for lead times
