Position: EDI Analyst / Integration Consultant
Locations: 100% Remote (Anywhere but PST Time Zone)


Position Type: Long-Term Contract with Right to Hire Perm down the road

Notes:

• NetSuite experience is mandatory.
• TrueCommerce experience is mandatory.
• EDI experience must have or be willing to learn.
• Detail-orientated.
• Experience of Order to Cash (preferred) or Procure to Pay
• One of our candidates that interviewed he liked but their EDI experience was all on the buy side and this role is all sell side (i.e., a manufacturer)

EDI and Integration Consultant
Responsibilities:

• Maintain data integrity between ERP and EDI/integration systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Inbound and Outbound documents for any data issues.
• Clean up any indigestible documents in the Inbox folder and troubleshoot any data mismatches.
• Upkeep and maintain EDI tables for customers and vendors
• Communicate with customers and vendors to keep track and organize changing requirements
• Create and organize documentation for new processes and any changes to all processes for the Trading Partner relationships.
• Serve as first respondent when system issue occurs with SLA of 24 hrs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with an understanding of mapping, translation, and systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related diploma.
• Capable of interpreting EDI Standards and Guidelines (ANSI X12).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel with a working knowledge of databases.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to function under close deadlines with minimal supervision.
• NetSuite and TrueCommerce experience required
