Maintain auto parts warranty information. Hire and manage auto parts department employees. Provide assistance, when necessary, with promotions or marketing efforts to increase sales. Ensure all parts ordered meet the quality standards of the company. Secure best available pricing on automotive parts using strong negotiation and communication skills. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. At least one year of experience in auto repair or auto parts sales is required. Management experience is preferred.
